Who is responsible

Bastien Cochet, publisher of Relay, is the data controller. For any question or request about your personal data, write to bastien.cochet.pro@gmail.com.

What Relay never collects

The rows and values of your databases. The Relay engine runs on your computer and reads your databases directly: no row and no value is sent to us or stored by us. Connection passwords stay in your system keychain, encrypted for your team, or in your company’s vault, and never reach us in plain text.

This website

This website sets no cookie and uses no analytics or advertising tracker. Your language choice is kept in your browser only. Fonts are served from this site, without calling a third party.

Like any website, our host, Vercel, keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security. Downloads and updates of the app are served by GitHub, under its own privacy statement. If you write to us, we use your email only to answer you.

The Relay app

To run your account and your team, we keep: your name, email address and profile picture, taken from your Google or Microsoft sign-in; your teams, their members and roles; connection names and hosts; validated mappings; the numbers of each report and the decisions taken on discrepancies.

We process this data to provide the service you use, which is the performance of our contract, and to keep it secure, which is our legitimate interest.

Processors

We rely on Vercel to host this website, Supabase for accounts and storage, and GitHub for downloads and updates. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep account and team data while your account exists, and delete it when you delete your account. Technical logs are kept for a short period, for security only.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its processing, and give instructions for after your death. Write to bastien.cochet.pro@gmail.com: we answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Changes

We will update this page if what we collect or why changes, and tell you in the app before an important change.
